Pudhumai penn scheme
The Government of TamilNadu has launched Moovalur Ramamirtham Ammaiyar Higher Education Assurance Scheme to enhance the enrolment ratio of girls from Government schools to Higher Education Institutions. Through this scheme, the financial assistance of Rs. 1000/month will be provided to the girls till their completion of UG degree/Diploma/ITI/any other recognized course. The incentive amount under this scheme will be disbursed directly into the student’s Bank Account.

தமிழ்நாட்டின் முதலமைச்சர் மாண்புமிகு மு.க.ஸ்டாலின்,கடந்த ஆண்டு மார்ச் 1ஆம் தேதி தன்னுடைய பிறந்த நாளன்று உயர் கல்வி படிக்க விரும்பும் மாணவர்களுக்காக ‘நான் முதல்வன்’ என்னும் திட்டத்தைத் தொடங்கி வைத்தார். ‘உலகை வெல்லும் இளைய தமிழக மாணவர்களுக்காக இது துவங்கப்பட்டது. நமது முதலமைச்சர் ஸ்டாலின் ௮வர்களின் கனவுத் திட்டம். பள்ளி மாணவர்களுக்கு உயர் கல்வி, வேலைவாய்ப்பு குறித்த விழிப்புணர்வையும் வழிகாட்டுதலையும் அளிப்பதே நான் முதல்வன் திட்டத்தின் முக்கிய நோக்கம் ஆகும்.
